Our clinic is following all current Covid-19 infection control recommendations.
Few changes have been put in place in our clinic to create a safer environment and avoid cross contamination.
Although, the changes imply the following requirements from the patient and the practitioner:

| To complete and sign the Covid-19 health screening consent form before every appointment. If you say “yes” to any of the questions or your level of risk has changed, please call to discuss ASAP. | To manage the appointments in order to allow for social distancing between Patients, and to minimise the contact that you have with others. No waiting room. |
| To wear a face mask throughout your time on our premises, including the majority of your treatment time. | To use PPE and dedicated clothes for the treatment |
| To sanitise your hands when entering in the building prior the treatment | Hand sanitisers and washing facilities are available at all time |
| To have your temperature taken at the entrance prior the treatment. | We removed all our blankets, cover, pillows and non wipeable equipment |
| To notify us if: You feel unwell with any symptoms of Covid-19, which include: unexplained fatigue, fever, chills, sore throat, cough, flu-like body aches, gastro-intestinal symptoms, or rashes, or if you are caring for anyone who is currently unwell with Covid-19, or if you are caring for anyone who has been unwell with Covid-19 symptoms within two weeks of your appointment date, or if you have a positive Covid-19 test within 14 days of attending clinic. | The initial consultation and most of the follow-up consultations will be completed over the phone prior to appointment (between to 15 mins to an hour)
The face-to-face treatment is mostly concentrating on the physical assessment and treatment and might last for half an hour to 45 mins max. |
| To give us an update on symptoms and send back tongue pictures (if requested) the day before the next appointment | We will be allowing time between Patients in order for us to sanitise our treatment room. |
| To do follow-up consultation prior every session via phone or other facilities | |
| Please note that we will be required to give your details, date and time of your visit to the test and trace if the practitioner.
